Grant Road Dentistry

This poor review isn't in regards to the dentist as I didn't have any work done by him, but rather because of the hygienist (Tracy). The dentist suggested a cleaning that's "somewhere between a regular and a deep cleaning" as I did not get my teeth professionally cleaned in a few years. Even before she started, she brought up how her patient from the previous day was displeased with her cleaning and I believe she said that the person might have left without finishing the cleaning if I remember correctly. This should have been a hint for me. Tracy was very rough on my teeth, never had a cleaning this rough, but then again, I only had regular cleanings in the past so was not sure if this was normal. It felt as if she was drilling my teeth at times, rather than scraping off the plaque with the ultrasonic scaler. After a rough session, I noticed the next day that she didn't even properly clean the plaque from between the front bottom teeth where practically all of the visible plaque was lo

Grant road used to be a good dentistry. I feel now that they are in it for profit and not caring about their patients. Get a second opinion. I had to and realize when I am called about my mouth, first thing out of the persons mouth is financing without being transparent. Be cautious with anything SMILE generation.

This place is absolutely amazing! They got me in right away and I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience at the dentist! Would recommend to everyone. Thank you so much Grant Road dentistry!!
