Great Expressions Dental Centers - Baymeadows Specialty

I never hesitate to give my kudos to Dr Mariana D’oeste and her great team at Great Expressions Dental - Baymeadows Specialty in Periodontics. Dr D’oeste is always kind, patient, and in great humor when we meet. She has given me much advice over the last several years, and I have never been unhappy with her care. Today she was assisted by Angel, who was kind, professional, and showed an attitude of being happy to work with Dr D. I have recommended family and friends to this practice.

I avoided this appointment for so long but now I am not sure why.....I am letting out a sigh of relief ... the staff was AMAZING!!!! They knew my fears and ensured that I would be well taken care of. They were kind, thoughtful, patient. The dentist completed the task in record time while I was still waiting for the pain that never came. I salute her! I never thought that it would have been possible to leave a dental office feeling at peace and a desire to return. Thank you so very much - you have the golden touch!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I missed my sons first appointment because I was 13 minutes which is outside of their 10 minutes grace period. This is fine we just rescheduled and started to fill out paperwork for the next apppintment….WHILE we were filling out paperwork a guy burst through the door and said “I’m so sorry I had problems finding your office” he was about 15-20 minutes late AND THEY LET HIM STILL HAVE HIS APPOINTMENT. Fast forward to then next appointment that was set for my son…….. I took off of work and I’m halfway to their office and we get a phone call telling us that all systems are down and we have to reschedule. So here we are today ( I TOOK MORE TIME OFF OF WORK) I get to the dentist and WHAT DO YA KNOW! All the lights are off and some lady in scrub comes out of the back saying that ALL THE SYSTEMS are down and we have to reschedule. Listen, if you value your time DO NOT UTILIZE THIS DENTIST OFFICE!
