A pleasant experience. They accommodated a last minute change in my appointment which added more time to the repair, but they were still able to handle it in timely manner. A+
My last cleaning was June of last year. Due to my work schedule my appointments are later in the day. Rather than inform you the hygienist does not want afternoon appointments, they just cancel your appointments. I've had my appointment cancelled and rescheduled so many times I haven't had a cleaning in almost a year. They just called AGAIN to cancel my appointment for tomorrow because the "Hygienist wont be in tomorrow" conveniently again. This place is ridiculous. If you're rescheduling me, I shouldn't have to wait another 2-3 months.
