I strongly advise against choosing this dental clinic. Especially if you are a Wayne State student or a hospital employee considering this place as it’s on campus. Initially, they provided an inaccurate quote based on my insurance, leading to a false sense of cost transparency. When making my appointment I had confirmed my exact out of pocket cost multiple times before deciding to get my services and was assured it was a fixed rate. Six to eight months later, unexpected bills surfaced, indicating a significant discrepancy between the quoted amount and the actual expenses. When questioned, the dental office claimed that the insurance coverage was less than initially estimated, creating financial strain and a lack of trust in their billing practices. This has also happened to another colleague of mine with this place. This experience raises serious concerns about the reliability and honesty of their financial assessments, making them an unreliable choice for dental care.

LEFT ME SITTING IN THE CHAIR UNTIL THE NICE ASSITANT TOLD ME SHE HAD TO MAKE SURE SHE WAS GOING TO GET PAID CAUSE I HAD JUST GOT A SETOF NEW DENTURES THAT HURT LIKE CRAPSHE HAD TO ADJUST THEM 2 TIMES AN ITS NEEDS TO BEADJUSTED SOME MORE I HAVE THEM INTODAY ANTHEY REALLY HURT

This office is great. Administrative staff is always kind. Reggie is the best dental hygienist you will find in the city. Highly recommend him, friendly, gentle, and through. Dentists change often here, that's not a bad thing.
