Great Expressions Dental Centers - Page Field

My rating is not based on the staff. They are amazing. However, the office waiting area had no air conditioning. The temps were unbearable. I became nauseous and dizzy. After waiting 15 min past my appointment time I told the front desk that I was going out to my car to wait. They did call me 5 minutes later to come in. Everything was excellent past that initial waiting room time.

Very disappointed. I have gotten my teeth cleaned every 6 months for most of my life and have great dental insurance. I have never been charged for irrigation. Water has always been free but here you have to pay $33.00 for it. A total of $115.00 in extra charges for the cleaning. Unreal! Just went back for a filling and talked to my insurance company before I went. They said it should be no charge since it was one tooth. Got there and they wanted to charge me $138.00. Said since it was 2 different surfaces of the tooth it would be a $75 charge and another charge for pulp protection which they said my insurance said they have to charge so they could bill them $15.00. I walked out. No way will I go back.
