Great Expressions Dental Centers - Severance

The front desk receptionist is always welcoming! All the technicians in the back and the dentist are very professional! This is my 6th visit without any service complaints! Wish I could do my Invisalign procedure at this location would and better lighting in the facility would be the only two things that would be better!

When setting my daughter’s appointment I let the representative know that my daughter chipped her tooth and needed it repaired. I told her that she would be home from college. We arrived at the appointment early and waited 45 minutes to be seen. Once she was seen she had X-rays and exam and was given the prices and sent in her way. The chipped tooth was not addressed. When we asked about the reason for this exam we were told that in the past they’re able to repair the same day but due to a new doctor another appointment would need to be made. I explained that my daughter would be going back to school soon and was told that they don’t have the availability anytime soon. This appointment was a waste of time and we could have went elsewhere had we known she could not be taken care of.

I feel the nurse taking X-ray was pleasant. The Doctor was nonchalant, to relaxed, didn’t offer any extra help from his expertise. Talked soft where you couldn’t hear. The receptionist not a friendly smile, when I asked about payment she was cold not even trying to understand the customer wait period.
