Everyone at The Great Expressions Dental Office is extremely pleasant and helpful. It starts at the top with Dr. Shannon Smith. She's terrific and it trickles down to her staff

Had a cleaning done with Jeff. Very nice and gentle. My anxiety did not kick in as it usually does when I’m at the dentist. Also the staff like Emily and the ladies at the front desk are very pleasant. I saw Emily last week and even though I wasn’t seeing her this time, she still came to see how I was. Thanks for making it easier to come especially for us that get nervous. Great job.. Thank you again.

Literally the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT GO TO GREAT EXPRESSIONS IN STUART. I am 5mo pregnant, have a 17mo old and just moving here from Hawaii. I don’t know anyone in the area and my husband is in Virginia on a Navy ship so finding child care is really difficult. Which is why I called weeks in advance to assure I could get in on a specific date and time. Great Expressions called to bump my original appointment DAY OF, an hour and a half before my appointment. I had to find and pay for child care again for the following day. They assured me they would see me at 0900 and I was not seen until 70 min after my appointment. They then told me I would “only pay $158” and they are now trying to make me pay $79 plus the $158. Everyone in the office was incredibly rude. I should have walked out right away when I heard the sweet old man stating the dentist “broke his tooth” and she was yelling back at him.
