I went for a regular cleaning and one cavity cleaning, lady left my tooth sensitive, returned 4 times in less than a month because she kept telling me to wait , wanted me to do a root canal and pay for it, as if it was my fault. She kept telling me it was normal, I haven’t gone back since then. Very unprofessional her assistant was no help. I’ve been coming here for years and no problem till now

Don’t go to this place they are terrible, they make you get treatments you don’t need!!! My young daughter was supposed to get cavities fillings I went to another dentist who told me it was not necessary!!! My oldest had braces she didn’t even need! 3000$ later and years later I realized I shouldn’t have trusted this place, they are all for your money, the pediatric doctor has no patience and is not gentle with the kids !not to Mention the terrible customer service. Bad place ! Never again.oh and by the way still waiting for my X ray trust me I hate being a Karen but this is not right !

This office has awful communication and does not care for their patients. I came for a dental cleaning and as a new patient they wanted to take x-rays. After over 30 minutes, they did my bite x-rays. Then nothing happened and I was completely ignored for the next 30 minutes. I finally got up to ask someone and they said they’d send someone to me. This person eventually came and brought me to a different room where I was waiting for more x-rays (I don’t know why since I already did x-rays) and I was standing there waiting and watching a different tech struggle to take a child’s x-rays. At this point it had been an hour since they did my bite x-rays, and an hour and a half since I arrived. And I had spent almost the entire time sitting around waiting and being ignored. I asked if somebody could do my cleaning while waiting to do these additional x-rays and she went to ask a supervisor. At this point they FINALLY tell me that I’ve been waiting to see the doctor who was dealing with an eme
