Great Expressions Dental Centers - Toledo Byrne

I’ve never experienced such kindness from an entire staff as I did at Great Expressions! Tay was extremely gentle with all the X-rays, Judy was very thorough when she cleaned my teeth and Dr Billings took time to go over a treatment plan that she felt confident about. I won’t fear going to the dentist as long as I’m a patient of Dr Billings and her team.

Made appointment for teeth cleaning. Waited 2 weeks, woke up a 6am to get ready for 8am appointment, got there .... THEN the black girl at the front counter lies like a dog telling me se tried to call me to tell me they had no hygienist tere. NOBODY freakin' called me! My cell showed no attempts!

The hygienist, Judy, is gentle and professional.I really trust her. The bathroom, unfortunately, is neglected. Dr Billings was personable and very competent This staff, Aquaria, Ronasia, and of course Dr Billings are great! Competent, professional, personable… HOWEVER , the dental center, Great Expressions, needs to invest in their property! It should definitely be updated… walls painted, new flooring ( not carpet!), dark blinds removed, a total facelift! I cannot recommend this location because it’s shabbiness is disappointing!
