Great Expressions Dental Centers - Willoughby

The dental hygienist and doctors are wonderful and always willing to be informative and smiling. The front desk staff tone could be better as they can come off rude. Example: I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my appointment. I hear loudly and clearly one of the receptionists asking the other if I had come to my appt. today? I am just asked because she usually cancels her appointments. The other lady then looked at her puzzled and responds, yes, she checked in and sitting in the lobby right there. The inquisition of my attendance was drenched in judgement and clear a tone. It was obvious because even her colleague made a face of confusion.

This is best place I have been I have found my home place for all dental work the dental hygienist is the best she is so gentle and informative the dentist he also is great all the staff there is great so give them a try! They accept most medical you won't be disappointed I didn't go to the dentist for years because people just don't care but this place made me feel different it's a whole vibe there.
