Great Oaks Dental Care

On the positive side, the office and décor is gorgeous! The chandelier and wall sconces are beautiful and made me feel like I was in a posh spa or a 5 star resort rather than the dentist, and the offerings of coffee and water are very appreciated and needed too, as it's a pretty long wait in the lobby. Sadly, it's very hard to get an appointment, and I was given the wrong time once appointment was scheduled. Once I was in the office, I found out they won't see you, even for a cleaning, if you don't buy one of their panoramic x-rays - even if insurance won't cover it. And lastly, a family member was given treatment it turned out they didn't need and then they tried to "sell" other unnecessary treatments. Side note, please provide your staff with a picnic table or some kind of break area to sit outside. Fresh air and sunshine on your break is super important but it just looks a little unprofessional to see dental hygienists chilling out on the concrete during break time in a circle like

First time at a new dentist. Staff was very friendly and helpful the office is lovely with much modern equipment. Got in quickly and dentist was very gentle and helpful. They researched my charges with my insurance so I knew when I left how much I needed to personally pay for well done I have an appointment next week

As a new patient, I was very impressed. The office was large and very clean/well kept. Staff is very friendly and thorough. My hygienist and doctor were both fantastic and did a great job!
