Great White Dental

Upon arrival (10:11) for my daughter's (10:15) dental appointment, the receptionist Nicole was on the phone, so out of respect, my daughter & I had seats visible to Nicole. I observed Nicole chatting without regard to acknowledging my daughter & me. Prior, Nicole glanced at us at our arrival. I politely addressed the receptionist counter and asked to check in for my daughter's (10:15) appointment & informed Nicole we sat down out of respect for her being on the phone. Nicole said ok, I will check you in and turned away and continued her duties. *(4 stars)The highlight was our dental tech's warm, smiling face. We adore the dental technician and the Dentists who made the previous introduction, upon arrival, obsolete. At check out for our great appointment with the dental hygienist, I kindly asked Nicole for an appointment reminder, and she provided the dates verbally only. I have reviewed GWD before and had given it rave reviews. After being with them for over 7 years, I have to say that my original review stands. If I could give more than five stars, I would. The service is impeccable. Professionalism as soon as you walk in the door. Communication between you and your appointments is stellar. This is a state of the art facility, but feels like a hometown dental practice. I highly recommend using GWD. They make you feel comfortable, appreciated and give you 100% accuracy in procedure and after care of your dental experience.

I've been coming to Great White Dental for some time now and I can't express how much appreciation I have for the dentist, hygienist and front desk personnel. They are always very professional and courteous and generally friendly. The work I have received has been exceptional! I neglected my teeth for a long time and now they are in tip top shape. The best part is they are very reasonably priced with costs that have enabled me to have procedures done that I never could have done before. I am extremely happy with them.
