Greater Endodontics

I booked an appointment on Monday for the following Thursday to have Dr. Facer perform a root canal on a tooth that had been dying for a week while I was traveling out of town. It has been very painful. I am on antibiotics and pain medicine so I can sleep, as the tooth and jaw pain keeps me awake. Then, today, Wednesday afternoon, after waiting painful days to get to the Thursday appointment, they called to say they no longer accepted my dental insurance, even though both their website, the insurance website, and the person who booked the appointment, assured me they did. So, I am once again left for another who knows how many days trying to get into an endodontist who can fix this tooth before I leave for another trip in nine days. A very frustrating situation. They should have known when I booked they didn't take my insurance, and need to take it off their website accepted insurance list.

Dr. Facer & his assistants were amazing. I was nervous about a root canal however they quickly eased my anxiety by answering questions and concerns. They were gentle, kind, and super efficient. It was done within the hour, I’m extremely grateful for their services.

My 2 experiences with Dr. Facer were the best dental care I have had in my 64 years. Kind and considerate care from him and the staff. Highly recommended!
