Green Valley Ranch Modern Smiles are great! Everyone is friendly, from the front office staff to the hygienists and dentists. They treat you with comfort and explain everything that they are doing so that you understand . I’ve had scary experiences with dentists in the past, but here I feel at ease and cared for!

Worst experience ever. Where to start from... just arrived and had to wait, got into a room that it was absolutely disgusting!! First red flag. After an x-ray, the dentist whomever was.. told me I had a crown touching the nerv that was causing me pain. He literally told me he was going to pull out my crown and kill the nervs, he left to prepare himself. I couldn't stand the anti-higienic room I was in, I went to the front desk and talked to the lady, and she pulled out a paper asking my insurance 7k. And $900 co-pay. My insurance coverages almost everything. So basically, they were overpricing me, not even previously letting me know about it. I decided to leave, but telling the front desk about the disgusting room and her response was.. thanks for your feedback. Went to another dentist and after told him what happened to me in this office, he told me I don't have any crown in that tooth, and also what I was having was an infection that it will go away in a few days with some antibiot

They're actually really great, Domino and Dr. Herbst were great, I've always been scare of the dentist but they're so nice and comforting that I don't feel as scared. And Malena is also great understanding and explains things very well up front. Great place over all!
