This is the worst experience with a healthcare provider that I think I’ve ever had in my entire life. Never have I ever dealt with more lazy, unprofessional people in my entire life. It is currently 1pm and their doors are locked and calls are going over to an answering service. All I need is for the office to fax my wife’s xrays to another dental office- since this one completely missed the point of “emergency oral surgery”. My wife’s tooth is infected and she has been in severe pain for weeks. She came in weeks ago when the pain first started to become unbearable and while the office was friendly, they also stated that she needed emergency surgery and scheduled it for the soonest available appointment. Come to find out, that was for another needless consultation apparently. All they’ve scheduled so far is consults. And they don’t email or fax any information between offices- again the most unprofessional and inconsiderate chain I think I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Don’t be

The dentist here is nice, but I'm not sure if he knows exactly what he's doing- either that, or the materials and equipment they use are sub par and cheap. My child had to have multiple fillings redone at another dental office because Dr Isaza did not clean out and fill any of the cavities properly. There seem to be similar problems at other Greenburg Dental locations, as well. There is also a long wait at all of these offices. Unfortunately, there are too many dental mills in this country. You are definitely taking a risk with your oral health if you visit these offices.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! Jennifer checked me in took my payment and had me wait over an hour just to tell me the doctor has an “injury” and I couldn’t be seen today. She stated that she told me that yesterday which is a lie she called to tell me I didn’t have coverage which was also incorrect!! JENNIFER is very lazy and does not do her job properly! This is the worst office ever ASAP DENTAL would never!! I wish I could give them zero stars that’s just how horrible the service is!! Please get someone else at the front desk that knows what they are doing because Jennifer is trash!!!
