My issue with this office is the lack of communication. Never should a practice make a patient feel like they are getting over them. On my initial visit it was advised I needed a root canal as well as other things. I expressed I really wanted the root canal done due to it being in the front of my mouth. Long story short, when explaining the treatment planned they quoted me at 799.60. After the treatment plan was sent to my dental coverage it said my patient copay would be 546.60. During the initial visit it was never explained that I would be purchasing a upgraded package that my insurance doesn't cover and it would cost me out of pocket. This was told to me until I questioned the difference and yet the associate that was explaining to me what it was stated it was for lab fees, well lab fees should be covered with insurance. Horrible experience! My appointment was at 12:00 pm. They called me the day before and sent a txt message as well to confirm. I arrive at 11:35 am and after a long wait I decided to ask the receptionist. (12:45 pm) She told me: your app is at 12:30 pm and the Dr is a little bit behind today. I tried to explained her about the time that they confirmed yesterday and she told me that it was incorrect. Great! I went back to sit. After 15 mins I asked again. She told me: there is two patients ahead of you. I went back to sit and they called me at 1:22 pm.
