This is by far the best dentist visit I've ever experienced. From the time I walked into the office I was warmly greeted with a smile and extraordinary service. My root canal was painless and quick . Dr Mitchell was professional and gentle. I was in an out of the office in 45 mins. Thank you staff. YOU GUYS ROCK !!

The worst experience ever. First off, he was very rude and standoffish when I asked normal questions like “when can I eat after this”. he was watching TV the entire time he was working on my tooth, and I know this because the tv was positioned opposite to me and his entire body was facing the TV, not my tooth. He would glance over once in a while to check what he was doing, but repeatedly made mistakes and left my gums crisscrossed in cuts because he wasn’t looking while he worked and I was under aesthetics and only realized what was happening when he repeatedly said oops and punctured my dental dam because again he was not looking while he worked. Second, I had a problem with my temporary filling and went to see him. He didn’t clean out the area at all and simply resealed with another filling. Well, by the end of that day I was in so much pain I told my partner that I was afraid I was going to die and that we may have to go to the emergency room. I managed to hang on until the next mo

I went here for consultation and see if I need root canal on one of my teeth that my general dentist suggested to have the root canal done. I explained the reason for my visit; they never asked me for referral from my dentist or tooth number, and guess what? After being in lots of pain after the root canal was done, I found out, they did the root canal on another tooth not the one I needed the root canal done. This place is hell. DO NOT GO THERE. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I am still in pain and very angry that got the root canal on a tooth with filling, but totally fine. I am beyond mad. The staff is very rude and kept hanging up on me when I needed explanations over the phone. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
