I cannot believe how lucky I was to get into this practice-- they had a cancellation and was able to fit me in. Dr. Carpenter is absolutely WONDERFUL--he tested my tooth and explained every bit of the exam and procedure-- every step of the way. I felt NO PAIN during the procedure, he was incredibly gentle. I also had no pain following the procedure. He is also just a super nice guy--I could not believe that he actually CALLED me in the evening to check on me! Can't thank him enough for everything! I also had a root canal in Feb 2022 at another Greenville practice and the cost was pretty much the same.

I wanted to write a review of Rebecca Steffens because of the great job she did on my root canal: Dr. Steffens is professional, thorough, reassuring, communicative, competent, smart and efficient. I was very much dreading my root canal, but Dr. Steffens made it all OK. I didn't even need to take any pain meds after the procedure and she even called me that evening to check on my. I completely recommend Dr. Steffens if you need a root canal. She is a super star and a the first woman dentist I had. We need more of them for sure!!! Thank you again, Dr. Steffens. You are the BEST!

I had such unbearable pain I was referred to an Endodontist for an emergency root canal, and Greenville Endodontists took me right in within a day when others didn't have any appts until December/January. Well Dr. Steffens was a lifesaver for me! She is amazing! She performed my root canal and I felt nothing! Finally I have no pain! She even called me tonight to see how I'm feeling! Thank you again! 5 Stars!
