Went into the office feeling nervous. Dr.Narula and his assistants made me feel very comfortable through the whole process of my root canal . Process was very quick . Front desk staff , Veronica was very informative which I highly appreciated .
I am extremely upset and will be reporting this dentist my grandmother went in on 10/12/2020 and this dentist was extremely rude and in a rush and yelled at my grandmother saying either do it or don't. She proceeded with the root canal and long behold he cracks her front tooth. He said there was nothing he could do and that he was done and walked out with no directions on what she should do. didnt do the root canal because HE cracked her tooth and still charged her 400 dollars. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. He has now tromatized my grandmother.
I am very unhappy with the treatment and service here. My English isn’t good, and they know this. They need me to have a translator, but they did not arrange a translator for me. So I had to wait a long time. The doctor was very rude to me. If I wasn’t about to have a root canal, I would have gotten up and left. I only came here because they accept my insurance.
