The staff is amazing and so nice. Dr. Hall is so sweet and caring. I had a lot of work done one day and he called to check on me later that evening to make sure I was doing well. I have never had that kind of care!
Be aware what is your benefit from your dental insurance when you go to this dental clinic. I have been visiting this dental clinic since 2017, the hygienist I always see is very professional and friendly, and that’s why I would like to go there all the time. However, from the past two years for four visits, their representatives have asking me to pay $25 for the copay or the calendar individual deductible each visit (They used different term each time), even my dental insurance benefit doesn’t need to pay these fees if I go to the network is belongs to Delta Dental PPO Dentist, and I also have confirmed from my insurance. They didn’t insist I have to pay these fees, when I told them my insurance told me I don’t need to, but the feeling was not right. I am wondering if they do this on purpose to all patients when they don’t know their benefit well. I I am sure there are some patients who aren't really aware of their benefit from their insurance, and pay these fees when they ask.
I really enjoyed this office up until Dr Hall retired. All the work I've had done here after he left has been nothing but problem after problem. my fillings are all giving me issues. I had a crown placed that had to be remade multiple times due to a defect in it. They eventually placed a permanent one. about 3 to 4 months later I switched offices because I was having so many issues. The tooth ended up needing a root canal where we found out they had given up on getting the crown corrected and placed a defective crown. now I'm out not only the 1K+ for the root canal but also needing a new crown PLUS the money I paid for them to initially place the crown. I had gone back and forth to that office for this crown to be placed so many times they actually gave me a $50 amazon card for my "patience". I believe Dr Vu was the dentist that worked on my crown.
