Haltom Orthodontics

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Did some orthodontic work here for 2 years, before Dr King and Haltom merged together. They have their screens facing towards you and you can see all the notes they write about you, which I could see snarky comments about my progress. They are typically behind and took about 3 weeks to get a callback to be seen in 3 months. I ended treatment there and went somewhere else. This place did not make me feel welcome.

Dr King and her staff are excellent. In fact, three in my family have received care through braces and Invisalign. So grateful we chose Lisa King so many years ago! Today, the Haltom staff addressed an issue with my retainer immediately ... looks like the Haltom practice will continue the custom of providing excellent customer care. The staff at this location are very talented and kind. So grateful!!

Myra did a fantastic job on my replacement retainers after one broke. She was efficient and the resultant fit was perfect! She also gave me some helpful tips/tricks to avoid future breakage. She and Dr King at the Paseo location are a great team. I’m so pleased with my smile and very satisfied with the way the office has taken COVID precautions seriously.
