We had our cleaning done in May. I just received a text that our insurance did not cover what is 100% coverage. Came to find out via my insurance that they submitted claim as secondary and want me to pay out of pocket for their wrong coding?
First time back to the dentist in many years and Dr. Jan was so kind and helpful and explained each and every step in the process. She and her staff are so professional and at ease. She even took the time to do the cleaning herself as a way to get to know me since I was a patient new to her practice. If you are looking for a dentist in the Charleston area, Hampton Park Dentistry is definitely the one.
Perfect in my book. Just switched over to Hampton Dentistry after my insurance changed. Was kinda bummed because I loved my last office but couldn’t be happier with the ultimate outcome. First time was awesome. Office was beautiful and welcoming and made the records and transition smooth. Incredible patient care and level of detail and relationship rapport. Thankful to have them locally.
