Try to call the office to make a appointment and I got a fax machine

Just had an emergency appointment that was canceled because I didn’t confirm via text the girl because she is not no women Lashay was so disrespectful. I swear people so big at work but ready to call the cops. I never even went into the building because I know it was not the right time after the conversation with this girl. So I sent my husband in to just make another appointment she pretty much tells him to get out or she calling the cops like smh. I’m sure the dentist are great but it’s that front desk manager who enforce policy with out giving clients a choice of a copy of their policy. It’s cool Lashay you was wrong very unprofessional and you knew I drove a hour away that’s the messed up thing you are extra and soon with enough complaints if you don’t do your job right and treat people right and give clients information we are entitled to then I’m sure they will get someone who will gladly get the work done. Smh

Been here several times. Staff is always nice to me and my children. They do get cancel happy quickly if you do not respond to the email or text right away, but I have always been able to get in.
