Had a dental emergency, tooth was bothering me for 2 days. Dr Bono and her team are so kind and fit me in last minutes (as a walk in). The wait time wasn’t horrible, i was in and out less than 1.5 hours. I am so so so grateful for them!!

The hygienist was great (5 star) but the front desk experience was lacking. Signed in for my appointment on time. Waited patiently for 30 minutes before they called my name. They told me they forgot about me and asked that I wait another 1.5 hours. I needed to get back to work! They found a way to push someone else back and get me in, which I was grateful for. But, at the end of my cleaning, I was told I needed to pay full price for the fluoride treatment. I informed them my insurance covered it. Waited while they confirmed this. Then we had to rush to apply the treatment in 2 minutes since I really needed to rush to work. I didn't get any consultation with a dentist.

Our child had a tooth that needed to be extracted, and they fit us into their schedules quickly. Dr. Peter Lee and the entire staff were professional and courteous, but also so comforting and gentle to our child as a young patient. I highly recommend them!
