Hayfield Dental Care

After relocated to this area, we visited for regular check although I hesitated because of the bed reviews. the place is very poor and small. the equipment are aged. the staff not explaining enough about the procedures and they always in a hurry not giving you enough time. compared to other dental care I visited, the service is poor. the billing system is horrible. every time I ask about the estimate, they inform me with certain amount and I pay it then found a bill sent to me with huge amount and to pay within a limited time which is already gone?! so they gave you wrong estimated every time considering they are not cheating at first to make the service and bill you later with big amount later so you have no choice .plus they don't have portal to check the due amount and be updated but also send they send overdue bill. another disadvantage they don't provide payment plan option like other high standard dental office. also they just do basic dental service. The dentist did a good job, however the office will lie to your face. They are only out for the $. They will tell you that some dental procedure is critical and the truth is something different. They will recommend procedures when you really don't need it. Completely untrustworthy. Their billing department is unwilling to work with their customers and are completely rude to your face. The billing is a complete mess. The billing manager is even worse. If you want to get unnecessary procedures, waste your money, and deal with insurance companies on your own, then this is the place for you. If you read this review and even consider this place, then somehow they have fooled you.

My family and I have been going to Hayfield Dental Care for more than 10 years. All of the staff, from the office personnel to the hygienists to the doctors, are friendly, caring, and helpful. Appointments are efficient and the staff members make sure your questions and concerns are addressed appropriately.
