Healthy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

My 2 kids have been going to Healthy Smiles for a very long time. The staff is amazing. The front desk receptionists are always professional and nice. The wait time is not long at all. The dentists and assistants are amazing when it comes to keeping the kids happy. They work fast and efficiently on my kids dental work. I would recommend Healthy Smiles to all parents. I wish they treated adults.

Very sad to write this review. Been going to this office I believe for 2 years. Was very happy, they were great with kids. Could not say anything wrong about them. Something has changed though. Our last visit was disaster. Not only i tried to get appointment by filling out the online formular and call about 5-7 times, nobody ever answered. Finally, after last call, I got message within 5 seconds saying i can make appointment over text. Found it so weird, but went along with it. Person over the text was pleasant. Got there on time, receptionist was lou but okay- nothing bad. The door opened and the lady looked at my son (he played with the cars on the wall that they have there) and said William? He answered yes, she said come. He is 6. No acknowledgement that I exist no hello no nothing. She literally didnt look at me, like i am air. I went inside because she has already started xray! Since he is minor I would have expected that I am informed about it and she has decency to say at least

Very friendly, as we arrived to our appointment. Also, on time, and very patient with my child during the cleaning. My daughter loves going to the dentist because of this amazing experience. Thank you
