I have been coming here for 17 years. While the work completed has been fine, and the hygienists, Jackie and Heather are amazing, my recent experiences with front desk staff and with procedural care, specifically COMMUNICATION have been less than desired. The previous front desk staff was very warm and welcoming, but now is straight business. It would be nice to have financials explained and light conversation made with your customers. Why not be happy? And nice? My most recent procedure was a crown repair. Again, while the work completed was satisfactory, and the equipment and technology they have here is the latest, the experience of replacing my crown was not as positive. The dental hygienist had nothing to say to me me my entire 2hr procedure. Did not have all items stocked and ready. Did not pick up on any non-verbal needs to help me feel accommodated and comfortable as others have before. Hendrickson Dental is phenomenal! So gentle & patient with everyone! Best care throughout any procedure! Comfortable atmosphere ???? Highly recommend!

I have used this dentist for 20 years. They are great. I have had two implants done in house, not farmed out to others. Very professional and they do great work!
