This was based on my experience 6/7/2023. My son came in for a teeth cleaning and if it wasn’t for the vigilant eye of the orthodontist staff, I would not have known the concern of his retainer. I was then contacted right away and informed by the knowledgeable staff of the lifespan of retainers and my additional questions were answered kindly. I will continue to go there as they are responsive at knowing the answers, courteous, and have the history right at their hands.

Dr. Soto is amazing! The office staff at Hermosa Dental has always been amazing since the first time I called in. I have a missing tooth and a retainer that causes me issues and they made a retainer that actually fits! It’s not uncomfortable and it doesn’t take them weeks to do it. If it’s not right they do what they have to to fix it quickly and make it perfect! The hygienist is quick and efficient AND friendly. My mouth always feels extra clean. They don’t pressure you into things you DON’T need but they make sure you know what is needed and the best way to handle it. They’ve worked with me many times on payments and working me in when I have issues! And they are open on Saturdays! The girls at the front desk are awesome and will make you feel welcomed and laugh and feel better about tough situations.
