Coming in as a new patient can be scary. Both Dr. Patel & Dr. Shrivastava (including their staff) have been nothing but welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. * Highly recommend

I have mixed feelings about this place. My first two experiences were pleasant but this last one left me rethinking my dentist options. This visit had nothing to do with the cleaning. The young lady I had was excellent and understanding more so, than the others in the office. I arrived 10 minutes early and found no handicapped parking. I am confined to a wheelchair but drive everywhere, so I need a handicap space or 2 parking spots together. I am not picky. I will park far away if I need too. Anyways, I called the office, they didn't believe me so, they sent a lady out to check. She goes back in the office and the lady on the phone said, "yeah, there's no parking". She proceeds to tell me, I'll have to wait because those people in the handicapped spots are handicapped too but if I have to wait to long I will need to reschedule! I argued with her for 5 minutes about those spots being VAN accessible for handicapped VANS! I NEED an area for my ramp to come down and at least 3 feet to get

Jay does such a fabulous job in her job as a hygienist. I have had terrible TMJ/D all my life, and Jay is ever so gentle and wonderfully patient. I truly don't know what I'd do without her. I highly recommend!
