Dr. Ashley and her assistant Anna were absolutely wonderful! I hate the dentist and it was my first visit today, they made me feel comfortable and were able to address my issue with ease! Highly recommend!
I just love how the Hillock Family Dentistry is so thorough and kind. I met Dr Ashly today and she was very nice and caring. Her assistant was also very kind and explained to me exactly what procedures were being done. If anyone needs a caring, gentle dentist I would say Hillock Family Dentistry is the place to go.
Scheduling receptionist was not very friendly/rude. I was scheduled for times I specifically asked not to schedule me, and she did anyway. When I would try to call and cancel no one answered the phone. I needed work done and she couldn't even get me the information I needed. In the end I ended up switching to a different dentist because they also failed to tell me they were no longer in network.
