After waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time I had to have the appointment rescheduled as I do not have time to wait longer. I was told when scheduling this appointment that it would be a brief visit. This is the only time in my life I have had to walk out of a dentists office like this due to them being unable to keep their appointments. Very frustrating that they are unable to respect people's time.
The most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Not only were they able to get me in last minute for an emergency appointment, but when we found I needed an endodontist to do a root canal I didn’t have a car Yvonne gave me a ride and let me charge my phone. This is the only dentist you should ever go to while in Bakersfield!! I’d give them a million stars if I could!
This was our 2nd visit, my down syndrome sister saw the hygienist. He was wonderful I believe his name was Fanos? He was patient, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you. Dr Kevin Chou is a super dentist. I am a retired office mngr (dental) I was skeptical, but Dr is a winner. He extracted 5 teeth in less than 20 minutes with NO DISCOMFORT. He is kind and gentle and has a moral compass, something rare in business today. Thank You Dr. Chou and staff.
