Horizon Dental Care

Horizon Dental set my elderly mother up for dental care. After she received sedating and numbing medication in the chair, they came in and demanded $2600 payment immediately. She had given them her delta insurance card, but they said it “wasn’t valid.” They demanded a credit card and charged her the full amount cash. Afterwards when she asked them to process it through the insurance they refused. When they finally did- they did so showing the total amount PAID, so the insurance shrugged and said it was satisfied. They’ve been asked to refund her money and submit it properly against her deductible - which would cover almost ALL of it. So far they keep acting dumb. Next step is a letter from our lawyer. Don’t go here- they screwed up both my parent’s caps and refuse to submit to the insurers properly. And what kind of place demands a credit card from an elderly woman while they’re IN THE CHAIR? Great care! Staff were friendly and professional. Facility was clean and well kept. Glad to have them as my dentist!

They are more interested in your money than your health. I had a crown done only a few months ago that cracked. They claimed the tooth was covered under a warranty I paid for. I get to their office and they say it wasn’t covered at all . I asked how much it would cost me the dentist laughed as I said probably as much as a new car huh ? She said yeah most likely . Cold staff messed up my teeth and was unwilling to do the right things. Go to a different dentist save your money. You’re just gonna keep going back because they half do everything. The only nice smile is there’s as they rip you off .
