Now that my treatment is completed, I can honestly report that everything went smoothly from the day I started till I got my retainer. Never had to wait more than 5mins in the waiting room, email and phone call reminders for my appointments and everything explained clearly in terms I can understand.
Highly recommend House of Orthodontia. Very efficient, great front desk, billing very upfront. Dr. Lien so professional very energetic, you always feel listened to and heard; really a great office!
After having had a terrible experience with an "affordable" orthodontist who would nickel and dime for everything, on a recommendation I decided to bring my 2nd child to house of orthodontia. It's refreshing to see that they are completely transparent in their fee and even the scanning xray during the consultation is complimentary. They also didn't charge add ons for broken brackets, emergency visits, periodic xrays etc.
