I cannot recommend Hyde Park Dental. They are not ethical. I went there for a routine cleaning. After the exam, the dentist sat me down for a 15 minute consultation. She said my teeth have a lot of cracks, that I have several cavities, and I need a crown. Her list of procedures amounted to $8,000+ (she printed a spreadsheet for me to have). Stunned: My last checkup was perfect. In fact, I've always had perfect checkups. At age 60, my teeth and gums are exceptionally healthy. I called my former dentist who practices in a different city (about 80 minutes from Sarasota). His reaction was similar to mine. I took him up on an offer to come in for high resolution digital x-rays, at no cost, so he could compare them to the other set. The x-ray images that Hyde Park Dental provided were unreadable. My dentist (for over ten years) and the high-resolution digital x-rays confirmed all suspicions. ... I have exceptionally healthy teeth.

Dr tran is incredible. So gentle so caring and considerate. Everyone there is super nice. It's the only dentist I actually enjoy going to, and I'm usually terrified. I recommend Hyde Park dental to anyone, especially if you are scared of the dentist.
