Terrible experience. No communication between colleagues, was left waiting and waiting for 1 hour 40 minutes before I was even seen. What is the need to fill out forms prior to attending not to mention asking patients to come 15 mins early? Felt rushed when I was eventually seen and unfortunately felt truly uncomfortable through the whole experience.
Everyone was extremely friendly! Dominique at the front counter was so nice and remembered my husband visiting the week prior. I’m pregnant and everyone acknowledged it for my treatments and congratulated me. It was our first visit to Ideal Dental but it won’t be the last. We found our new permanent dentist. Thank you!
I’ve been going to Ideal dental for a couple months now and have nothing but positive things to say. From root canals to regular cleanings everyone on the staff is so accommodating and friendly. Honestly, some of the kindest people I have met. The dentist is thorough, professional and just as kind as everyone else there! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
