They got me in right away for a dental emergency and were so kind and informative. The dentist explained everything in detail and was reassuring. All of the workers were so kind and funny.

I was a emergency patient on a Saturday morning. My appointment was at 11 am and was seen very soon. All staff was very organized. Dr was excellent.

I went in for a Saturday initial appointment to see what work was recommended by the dentist. Obviously with it being Saturday they are unable to confirm my benefits with my insurance. I receive a call that Monday to confirm the amount for the work that was needed and it came out to around 700 after insurance for a deep cleaning which I understood. The person on the phone explained that I can split this by doing one half of my deep cleaning this month and then a second deep cleaning on the other half at a later date which I agreed too. I went in for my cleaning and the work went fine but at the end I was billed over 800 dollars for just doing half a deep cleaning... You can imagine my face when I got this amount when I figured it was going to be around 300-400 dollars. Needless to say, I went somewhere else for the rest of my work but now 2 months later after I have already paid that 800 dollars, they are coming back and sending me invoices saying I owe more money.
