This team is amazing! I came in to get a new retainer and have my permanent one removed. The entire process was quick, easy, and, dare I say, fun! After checking in, Liz brought me to an exam room. You get your own room for the appointment, and it’s really nice to have that privacy. Liz led my patient consult, and we talked about the best way forward for my smile. After we determined a plan of treatment, Jeam brought me to take scans of my teeth. I got to see them afterwards and it was amazing to see the level of detail the scan captured. It was very high tech. They used my scans to create my retainers! Which meant NO GROSS PINK PLASTER! After my retainers arrived, I came back to have my permanent retainer removed. Dr. Karas removed my retainer and she was awesome. The process was so quick and painless, I felt completely comfortable.
