The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Front desk receptionist was really hospitable and friendly. The dental assistant and doctor were equally attentive to my needs, everything on my treatment plan was explained to me in detail. I would definitely continue going to indigo for all of my dental needs.
I needed a couple of fillings, which isn’t new for me. And this was by far the best filling experience I’ve ever had. Not that I want to need any more fillings, but if I did I wouldn’t be stressed or anxious at all about the process here.
For the first time I love going to the dentist!!! The Columbia location is super clean, Ms. Mily is the cutest greeter ever!!! Ms. Whitney is so super sweet and exceptional on giving you the best information and getting you ready for Dr. McCoy. Dr McCoy can put you at ease just by walking in the room and saying, "Hey!" If I could give this location a 10 Star review, I would.
