Inner Harbor Dental Associates

On June 22, 2023, I had a followup appointment at Inner Harbor Dental. I met with Dental Hygienist, Alice Wilson. Ms. Wilson is one of the best professionals in the business. I had extensive cleaning on my right upper/lower teeth along with bacteria removal. I hardly felt a thing. She was extremely kind and explained everything she was doing step by step. I really appreciated the detail. She was also very attentive, compassionate, and accommodating. She made my experience a great one. Thank you for helping me and making the process pain free. Big thumbs up to Alice Wilson—SIMPLY AMAZING!

This was easily the worst intake appointment I have ever had, as well as the most useless dentist appointment possible. A full 90 minutes, and a million x-rays were taken, but no cleaning was ever performed. In fact, I was asked to leave and return a full hour later for the cleaning... No thank you. (To make matters worse, insurance won't fully cover the extensive number of unnecessary x-rays.) Two stars instead of one because the front desk people are impressively personable (though this may be part of their trap), and Dr. Lee has great bedside manner, but this practice needs to improve its communication with patients. I have been to a lot of dentists in different cities over the years, and have never felt so frustrated and improperly cared for anywhere else. An intake appointment should be about building trust and making patients want to come back... Instead, it felt like they made the most money they could without bothering to deliver the only service requested. They even texted me

Dr. Lee is amazing. Every single staff member was pleasant. Dr. Lee herself was professional, patient, kind, and so helpful during a dental emergency. She really made a big difference with her skills and attitude. I will certainly be working with her going forward.
