Innovative Dental Care is very money driven and dishonest. The financial estimate for my treatment magically increased 3 times after I signed off on the original to where I couldn’t afford it any longer. They wouldn’t stand behind the original estimate and the business manager was very dismissive to me. Don’t trust Innovative Dental Care. I’ve NEVER had a dentist office be this shady and greedy. There’s plenty of honest and skilled dentists in Omaha, Innovative Dental Care is not one of them. They also sent me to collections for treatment that I never received!
I’ve been to a lot of dentists over my life and Dr Gutschow is hands down the most patient, thorough, and knowledgeable provider I have ever had. She takes her time with me every time I see her and makes sure all my questions are answered. Would absolutely recommend!
My husband went here and they did not appropriately bill him. The billing amounts changed, very unorganized. Unwilling to discuss billing.
