I had such a positive experience here! Patty (the receptionist) went above and beyond to make sure I had insurance coverage taken care of. The staff was super friendly, made sure I was as comfortable as possible with my procedure, and made sure all my concerns were address. My procedure went very well and as painless as possible. I would 100% recommend them!

They are amazing! I wasn't able to sleep because of some painful teeth, I went to my regular dentist, and they referred me here because of my complicated teeth. I called at 9:00 and they worked me in at 11:15 even though they were short a staff member, and super busy. The ladies at the front desk remembered my name and were so kind! I get anxious at the dentist, and they did everything they could to make me comfortable! They called the day after to make sure that I was feeling good, and again remembered who I was, and made me feel like I wasn't just another number! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Let me start off by saying Dr. Allen and his team are exceptional and always have good energy at the office. I’ve had braces for nearly 2 years and I’ve always had good experiences at my appointments. I am obsessed with the results achieved and always look at my teeth in the mirror! My teeth look amazing! I catch myself having conversations with the mirror just to see my teeth :D As far as the office in general I’ve never had any issues. The whole staff is always friendly and willing to help. I’ve had to reschedule on numerous occasions and they are always great with working with my schedule. Any issues I’ve had always came from insurance, and they always helped me with those issues. So if you are concerned or have questions regarding insurance (since insurance always has loop holes and lingo to confuse people) they are awesome and super helpful and knowledgeable 10/10! Even checking in is a good experience, so go ahead and stop in and ask for Dr. Allen ????????
