When I first came to town in March 2022 I shopped around for a dentist calling nearly every office in Mt. Pleasant. From the moment Nyah answered the phone, I knew I would be booking at iSmile. She was pleasant, informative and sounded happy. It means a lot to me when the staff sounds like they like their job. She sold me! My first appointment was with Ellie who did a deep cleaning of my teeth and told me things about dental health that I never knew before. She was extremely knowledgable and loved telling me all about what she was doing. I was fascinated with how much I learned from her. As is usual with me, I had to get some work done. Kerri Ann was assisting Dr. Hayes and was so patient with me. When she sensed me tensing up, she would place her hand on me to help keep me calm. I was slightly skeptical because a new dentist took over the practice, but the new dentist was GREAT and the same amazing hygienists were still there. Dr Hayes was super personable, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and made me feel at ease. Also, the wait to be seen was shorter with the updated practice and there’s a cute waiting room. Overall great experience with Dr Hayes.
