Dr. Brandon and the entire staff have been patient with me from day one and I couldn't be anymore appreciative. I want to give a special shoutout to Annette. She is always in a good mood and provides amazing care. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Overall it’s been an “okay” experience. But, Yesterday my daughter’s had a bracket fall off. She don’t break it, it was newly installed and fell off. This left a wire piercing her cheek. I called for an emergency appointment. They agreed to let her come in after school at 4:00. I left work early and checked her out of school 15 minutes early. Got there at 3:55. They were closed!! Dark and the the doors were locked. I called and left a message to reschedule and never heard back. I had to drop in on our regular dentist. They were kind enough to clip the wire so that she was out of pain. It took under 5 minutes.

DR Brandon was excellent. He really cares for his patients. Him and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my 2 sons teeth were straightened and now they have perfect smiles. Thank you.
