J Philip Wiygul DDS MS

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr. Wiygul has always been candid and courteous, but as for his employees I cannot say the same. I called last week to get aligners made and stated my teeth had shifted and I would need new molds to help my teeth go back to where they were. I was told they would look at my teeth then let me know what would be the best option. When I came for my appointment, I was asked to show my teeth and bite down then she said ok and proceeded to take my impressions (Dr Wiygul stepped in to speak, but did not look at my teeth). When I came to pick them up, I expressed they were not tight enough to get the results I wanted. I was told that no adjustments were needed. A few days later, I called back and expressed the same issue. I came in for adjustments on Monday by Dr Wiygul. I was then told I may need Invisalign; however, he made adjustments in an effort to help but unfortunately it did not. I called today to express the entire situation and how it was deceitful wh

I have been knowing Dr. Wiygul for almost 15 years. Dr. Wiygul really loves and cares for his patients. He does AMAZING work! He has done work on myself and my two sisters and our smiles are unbelievably beautiful! I would definitely recommend Dr. Wiygul for anyone that’s looking for a GREAT orthodontist! He is the best in Memphis, TN! He also has the best staff! I love them all, they are like family!! ❤️

Dr Wiygul and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I Came back the next day just to hang out - that's how GREAT they are. If you need braces or Invisalign GO SEE DR WIYGUL & HIS WONDERFUL STAFF :-) 10 thumbs up!!!!
