When you first arrive at the building it’s a little off throwing but it gets better. The staff got me right into a chair (which had a back massager) and were welcoming. Dr.Penny did an outstanding job with my two root canals . I felt nearly no pain and he kept me entertained the entire time by talking to me to keep my mind off of it. I am one day out from the procedure and I am feeling very little discomfort. I highly recommend his service!

Unfortunately, I’ve had to undergo multiple root canals over course my life, but FORTUNATELY, I knew Dr. Penney! I recall my first experience, bit apprehensive and anxious due to the exaggerated “here-say” from “non-experienced experts” offering their unsolicited support; but the reality was nothing like this. (So if facing a similar procedure-, don’t listen to rumors nor waste your time worrying). The procedure went so quickly without any discomfort, I was honestly surprised when Dr. Penney said, “Alright, we’re all done!” Likewise, few years later I returned regarding a different incident and had the same outcome. Dr. Penney was super attentive, explaining the procedure, answering all my questions, ensuring all my concerns were addressed and most importantly calmed my apprehension. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his profession yet has a “lai back,” calm, confident, reassuring personalit which puts a client at ease. This dentist office is fantastic, it's obvious that the staff really cares and is super patient during the scheduling and short list calling for cancelations. They got me in as quickly as they could and Dr Penny was super honest and helpful. If I need a dental specialist in the future, this is where I will go!
