Doctor James Ma is the best dentist I've ever had! Staff is very kind and welcoming as well!
The best experience I’ve ever encountered, entire staff were very friendly and professional. Dr James was very attentive and gentle, he listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Explained to me everything he was going to do and why. Immediately felt comfortable. 10/10 my dentist for good.
Dr Ma is excellent. I would recommend him. The loss in stars comes from the experience with Rosemary in the front office. She said my husband’s crown was denied twice. I called the insurance and they never submitted for approval. So Rosemary flat out lied about submitting it. Now we will go to a different dentist that had insurance approval in under a month. Again, I have nothing bad to say about the Dr. His chair side manner is awesome and I never felt anxious while he worked on me. The other assistants have always been friendly as well.
