James Schmidt, DDS, PC

Excellent doctors and staff. I love that there are multiple dentists at this location that can cover for one another if needed. They always make an effort to treat each person as a person, not a number. I've been seeing Dr. Schmidt for years. They just keep improving, adding procedures they can offer, and keep up with new developments in dental care. (I can't say that about my previous dentist.) I'm glad I found them.

They are Generally nice in the office and I like most of the staff, though I really liked Dr Meister and she relocated. However, they are perpetually late with appt times, even first appt of the day I was brought back 15 min after my appt time. I cannot recall an appt of any kind where I didn’t have to wait at least 15-20 min to be called back. There have been times I’ve waiting 45 min, so I’m moving on.

This has been my dental office for several years now. Dr Schmidt and staff are caring and efficient, and their use of technology is impressive. They can make crowns on-site for instance, which means everything is done in one visit. From cleanings to whitening to dental implants, they do it all with success and finesse. I do think I pay top dollar in return, and without dental insurance, it can be quite pricey.
