The hygienist was not skilled enough to not snap the floss through my teeth after she was doing the post flouride flossing. She had been there 20+ years.... The dentist Dr Christine then used a new method I have never had before to clean my teeth, an air tool that had a crazy intense frequency noise, she called it and I quote, "a little spa for your mouth" it is far from that. The old pick axe method is much more comfortable. They also text you and call you and email you to the point I am just not coming back here. If I make an appointment I'll be there! No reason to call and ask to move my appointment the day of because of last second changes in the office end.

I have been going to Japantown Dental for many years. Dr. Mendoza is a wonderful dentist. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
