Jefferson Dental Care

My teeth started hurting. I decided to get online and search for a Dentist who can do extractions on the same day. I found Jefferson Dental East Dallas location closest to me. I noticed they allow you to set your own appt on their website. All the available times are listed for you to choose from. I made my own appt online at midnight for 8:30am. I initially went in for 1 tooth extraction, due to pain, but the Dr. recommended that I remove the rest of my bad teeth, which totaled 12. They advised me that they can remove all of them right now, and that my insurance will cover the cost 100%. I agreed and said let’s do it. I removed all 12 teeth. The Dr. was amazing. She and the assistant made me feel so comfortable, because they could see I was nervous. It took her no time, and I was very comfortable when she begin and finished removing all my teeth. I’m so glad that I finally have them all out. I’m forever grateful to Jefferson Dental East Dallas location ENTIRE TEAM. The staff was nice,

My experience has been nothing less than outstanding every time I’ve visited the East Dallas location. Dr. Medi is a highly skilled and competent professional with excellent bedside manner and compassion. She even stayed over her shift to perform an emergent procedure I was in need of to alleviate pain I had been experiencing with a tooth. The entire team and staff at the East Dallas clinic is kind, and welcoming as well as humorous which helps with taking away the anxiety of any dental procedure rather it’s a simple cleaning or something more complex. It is for these reasons I will continue to make Jefferson Dental my primary place of dental treatment and services.

have couples of things need to complain. 1. Waste Time: I came on Saturday with a reservation but still wait for more than 3 hours for the dentist to start my evaluation. During the filling, she went back and forth between 3 patients. I nearly spent my whole day at this place. (bad news, the filling just came off) 2. Waste My Insurance coverage: I was provided my secondary insurance to them, but they still bill for my first insurance. And they told me they need 6 months to rebill my 2nd insurance which wastes my 2nd insurance coverage for 2022! 3. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL: After 2 months, part of my filling was lost, and my new dentist highly suggest I redo the filling. Waste my money. IT IS ONLY 2 MONTHS SINCE I FINISHED THE FILLING. 4. Very inefficient and no internally communication: I told them couple times they have billed to my 2nd insurance and confirm with their front desk. But their billing department still call me every single month tell me I have outstanding balance. SO SO ANN
