Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics

I have been coming to this location for a year. I had never had a problem. Two weeks ago I called to cancel my appointment and they rescheduled me for a Friday when it arrived. It was closed. I went to ask the general clinic and they told me that there were already several people who were going to ask the same thing. They rescheduled my appointment for Tuesday when I arrived on Tuesday, they told me I didn't have an appointment. I explained what had happened and they treated me as if I was lying and with attitude, the three women were rude I tried to show them the messages that I received on Friday reminding me of my appointment and they were already deleted. One of them told me very rudely that they were not going to provide me service . If I wanted to, I could sit in the lobby until 1:30 to see if someone really canceled. this is how your employees are trained to treat patients as if they were liars they really need to work with their attitude in a situation like this and more becaus

Everyone in the office was very polite and kind. I have Dental Anxiety, but the staff talked to me the entire time they were doing my procedure and I was just fine. Thank you so much.

Very pleased with my experience at Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics. Everyone from the front desk to the back office was very welcoming and friendly. Kudos to Dr. Macias and Christopher for taking really good care of my VERY impatient 4 year old. Will definitely be back!
